When my husband and I were looking for our home in Long Beach, having a gay realtor was really important to us. It was also important to us to have a realtor who understood our needs. We wanted an agent who knew the community and which neighborhoods were best for a gay couple. We got all that and more from our gay realtor who found us a home in just 1 month where our previous agent had wasted a year of our time.
