Ken is amazing! My husband and I were looking for a home in the Long Beach and Lakewood area and we stumbled upon Ken at one of his open houses. We decided to pick him (instead of the many Realtors®️ who were trying to get our business) because he seemed to actually care about what we wanted (which turned out to be 110% true) instead of getting us in the most expensive home for his own financial gain. Ken is amazing! My husband and I were looking for a home in the Long Beach and Lakewood area and we stumbled upon Ken at one of his open houses. We decided to pick him (instead of the many Realtors®️ who were trying to get our business) because he seemed to actually care about what we wanted (which turned out to be 110% true) instead of getting us in the most expensive home for his own financial gain. Ken is straightforward, knowledgeable about the area, very informative about the home buying process (all of it), and even about home repairs, which we took on a few minor ones. He also has great recommendations for plumbers and inspectors, so on and so forth. One of my favorite things about Ken is his response time. His text and call-back time are immediate. If he doesn't get back to you right away it is because he absolutely can't! Also, I loved the fact that my husband and I felt like we were his only clients at the time and got all his attention. I don't know if we were or weren't (we didn't ask) but we never felt like "Just another client" we actually gained a friend from this process. Oh yeah, and did I mention I have been pregnant during this whole process, and even with all of my hormonal changes and feelings all my dealings with Ken were pleasant, oh and two more things, 1) after the final docs were signed he didn't just leave us on our own, he made sure all changes and personal touches we wanted to do to the home were taken care of (which goes back to the great recommendations) and 2) he was well know in his business. When we would stop at open houses we drove by and the agent showing the home asked "Do you have a Realtor®️?" and we would respond "Yes, Ken Osborn" they all would either reply they knew or heard of him and say that we were a very good agent to have! Ken will be our go-to for any home buying or selling needs as long as he remains in the business!

I recently used Ken Osborn to sell my condo in Redondo Beach, and also to buy another house in Long Beach, after we sold the condo. (it was a 1031 exchange, which I had never done before.) there were a few challenges to selling the condo, and Ken overcame every one of them. He was extremely patient and he held open houses in my condo almost every single weekend. Ken found a buyer for my condo very quickly, and we sold the condo at a price that I was very happy with. In addition, when it came time to buy another house, Ken was able to find several homes that I was very excited to buy. We put an offer in on a home for $20,000 less than the listed price, and it was accepted immediately. Also, our escrow was shorter than we expected, and it closed five days faster than our deadline!
